This Privacy Policy explains what information Know Your Zodiac (“we,” “us,” or “the app”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

To generate personalized readings, we collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account details — your name and email address (including via Google sign-in).
• Birth data — birth dates, birth times, and birth locations you enter for yourself and for any profiles you create.
• Saved profiles — information about other people you add for compatibility readings, such as their name and birth details.
• Generated content — the natal charts, horoscopes, numerology, and compatibility reports created for your account.
• Billing information — subscription status and a customer identifier from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Information About Other People

When you add another person’s birth details for a compatibility reading, you confirm that you have a legitimate basis to do so. Please only enter information about others when it is appropriate to share it. You may delete any profile you have created at any time.

How We Use Your Information

• To compute charts and generate AI interpretations you request.
• To save your profiles and reports so you can revisit them.
• To operate your account, manage your subscription, and provide support.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

AI Processing

Interpretations are produced with the help of AI models. The birth and profile data needed for a reading is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your result. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data Retention & Your Choices

We keep your account data and saved content until you delete it or ask us to. You can delete individual profiles within the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your data.

Cookies & Sessions

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
