These Terms govern your use of Know Your Zodiac. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Interpretive Disclaimer

Know Your Zodiac provides AI-generated interpretations drawn from astrological and numerological traditions. Its readings are for personal reflection and entertainment and should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make, and you should consult a qualified professional for advice in those areas.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Premium is offered as a Monthly plan at $12.99/month or an Annual plan at $99/year.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment processor; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
  • We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods, never retroactively.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account via the billing portal (accessible from your dashboard). When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase or a renewal charge and we will review your request for a refund. Because Premium unlocks immediate access to AI-generated content, refunds are provided at our reasonable discretion and may be declined where the service has been used extensively. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others. When you add another person’s information for a compatibility reading, you confirm you have an appropriate basis to do so.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Know Your Zodiac is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its interpretations.
